Field Hockey Spring Clinic Set for April 8

MUNCIE, Ind.– The Ball State field hockey team will be hosting a spring camp on April 8, 2018 at the Briner Sports Complex. The camp will kick off at 10 a.m. and go until 1 p.m.

This camp will allow eager young field hockey players to work with the Ball State talented and knowledgeable staff, including new head coach Stephanie Bernthal. Bernthal and staff will focus on teaching the campers skill-development, leadership development, and tactical game play/decision making.

"I am very excited to run the first clinic at Ball State in years," said head coach Bernthal. "Our staff is excited to impact and grow field hockey in the region. We are all products of people who have done that for us. I believe every athlete deserves access to elite coaching, to get a vision for playing at the college level, and to have fun doing it. I cherish every opportunity to work with and mentor these young and eager field hockey players!"

Following the camp, be sure to stick around to watch the Ball State field hockey team take on Central Michigan in their spring game starting at 3 p.m.
