MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State women's basketball team (12-1, 1-1 MAC) continues Mid-American Conference action on the road at Bowling Green (8-5, 0-2 MAC) Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Stroh Center.

- The Cardinals went back to their winning ways Wednesday night when Ball State defeated Miami, 86-61. Senior forward Moriah Monaco led all scorers with a 20-point performance. She has now scored in double figures for the Cardinals in all but one contest this season.
- Ball State finished non-conference action with an 11-0 mark for the first time in program history.
- The Cardinals remain one of eight teams nationally that have suffered only one loss this season.
- Ball State has earned Power 5 conference wins this season over - Vanderbilt (88-79) and Purdue (66-60). The Cardinals have also earned victories over Big East opponent Butler (87-75) and Conference USA Western Kentucky (93-81).
- The Cardinals have scored at least 80-plus points in eight out of their 13 games.
- Ball State ranks 29th nationally in the latest RPI which is the highest ranking among Mid-American Conference teams.
- The Cardinals have four wins over top 100 RPI Teams - Western Kentucky (33 RPI), Purdue (51 RPI), Butler (79 RPI) and Cleveland State (98 RPI).
- Junior guard Carmen Grande ranks second nationally in assists per game (9.8 apg) and fifth in total assists (117).
- The 11 games in a row was the second largest win streak in program history (12 in 2008-09 which included the win over Tennessee in the NCAA Tournament).
- Five players are averaging double figures Moriah Monaco (17.2), Destiny Washington (13.0), Carmen Grande (12.4), Jasmin Samz (11.8) and Frannie Frazier (10.0).
- Saturday's game against Bowling Green will mark the 65th time in program history the two schools have met with the Falcons leading the all-time series 44-20. Ball State has won the last six meetings between the two programs winning its last meeting 91-70 on Feb. 8, 2017 in Worthen Arena.
- Bowling Green is paced by Carly Santoro, who averages a double-double with 14.5 ppg and 10.6 rpg. Behind Santoro is Andrea Cecil who is currently averaging 11.8 ppg and 5.8 rpg.
- The Falcons are led by head coach Jennifer Roos who is in her sixth season at Bowling Green. She owns a career record of 89-83.
- Bowling Green enters today's contest with an 8-5 overall record and a 0-2 MAC ledger. The Falcons have dropped their last three contests at Cincinnati (75-51) at Western Michigan (67-58) and at home against Eastern Michigan (54-52).
