MUNCIE, Ind. – With win number one under its belt, the Ball State football team will go for its second straight win this weekend when Tennessee Tech visits Scheumann Stadium as part of Family Weekend. Game time on Saturday is set for 3 p.m.

Three Things to Know:
1. This is the first ever meeting between the two programs. Tennessee Tech is a member of the Ohio Valley Conference (NCAA FCS). This is the third OVC team Ball State has faced since 2010. The Cardinals defeated Southeast Missouri State (27-10) in 2010 and Eastern Kentucky (41-14) last year.
2. The Cardinals rank among the nation's leaders in third down conversion percentage and time of possession. Ball State's 60.5 percent conversion rate on third downs (23-of-38) ranks fourth nationally while its time of possession average of 35:36 stands 11th. The Cardinals converted 12 third downs in the opener at Illinois and 11 last week versus UAB.
3. Junior QB Riley Neal's completion percentage last week against UAB (67.6) was the third highest of his career. His best day came on Sept. 19, 2015 at Eastern Michigan when he went 24-fo-28 (85.7 percent).
