Women’s Swimming and Diving to Compete in Miami Invitational

MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State women's swimming and diving team will travel to Oxford, Ohio on Dec. 1-3 to compete in the Miami Invitational.
The following are the Cardinals that are currently ranked in the top 16 in the Mid-American Conference:

The following are the Cardinals that are currently ranked in the top 16 in the Mid-American Conference:
- Freshman Cassidy Blackwin sits at 14th with a time of 17:55.58 in the 1650 freestyle.
- Freshman Anne Vormohr's time of 57:70 puts her in 16th in the 100 backstroke.
- Junior Amanda Kedzierski is in third place in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:03.43. She is also 15th in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:22.23.
- Freshman Sophie Bader is tied for 10th in the 100 butterfly with a time of 56.87. She is also eighth with a time of 2:05.25 in the 200 butterfly.
- Senior Jessica Extine leads the team in the 50 freestyle (24.12) and in the 100 freestyle (53.36).
- Junior Amanda Kedzierski's time of 1:56.48 in the 200 freestyle leads the team in that event. She also leads the team in the 100 breaststroke (1:03.43) and in the 200 breaststroke (2:22.23).
- Sophomore Liz Madison leads the team in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:13.08.
- Freshman Cassidy Blackwin leads the team in the 1000 freestyle (10:40.08) and in the 1650 freestyle (17:55.58).
- Freshman Anne Vormohr leads the team in two events, the 100 backstroke with a time of 57.70 and in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:06.24.
- Freshman Sophie Bader has the top times in the 100 butterfly (56.87) and in the 200 butterfly (2:05.25).
- Senior Kimberly Scott's time of 2:10.68 leads the team in the 200 IM. She also leads the team in the 400 IM with a time of 4:38.39.
