2021-22: Named to the Academic All-MAC Team…swam the season’s fastest times in the 50 freestyle (24.21), the 100 freestyle (52.54), and the 200 freestyle (1:53.88) at the MAC Championship meet.
2020-21: Swam the season’s fastest times at the MAC Championship meet in the 50 freestyle (24.24), the 100 freestyle (52.73), the 200 freestyle (1:55.52), and versus Akron in the 500 freestyle (5:22.58).
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Columbus North High School and swam under the tutelage of coach Logan Schaefer … earned four letters for her four years on varsity and was team captain for three seasons … three-time state qualifier … sectional champion in both 50 and 100 free her senior season … top time in 50 free was 24.06 … top time in 100 free was 51.97.
CLUB: Swam for Dinner Swim Club for 14 years.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Julia and Thomas King … has two sisters … father played football for Hanover … sister, Ashley, played volleyball for University of Southern Indiana … studying biology and criminology at Ball State.
WHY BALL STATE: I chose Ball State because of the beautiful campus, great team chemistry, and welcoming atmosphere!
