2020 (Sophomore): Started in 12 games for the Cardinals .. earned wins at Appalachian State (3/12/21), Ohio (3/20/21), Longwood (3/27/21) and Central Michigan (4/18/21) … registered season high nine saves versus Longwood (3/26/21) and Miami (4/24/21) … posted a shutout win at Central Michigan (4/18/21) … led the squad with 69 total saves … finished third in the MAC in saves (60) … placed fourth in the conference in goals against average (1.7) and was second in the league in saves per game (5.0).

2019 (Freshman): Named Mid-American Conference Defensive Player of the Week (11/6/19) … played in nine games for the Cardinals …. earned first goalie win in her collegiate debut against Davidson (9/1/19) … registered a season-high 14 saves against UMass Lowell (9/15/19) ... collected 12 saves against Big Ten foe Michigan (10/13/19) … posted three shutout wins – Davidson (9/1/19), Saint Louis (9/6/19) and Appalachian State (11/1/19) … led the squad with 56 saves …. led the MAC in save percentage (81.4 percent) and goals against average (1.46) along with ranking second in the league in saves per game (6.75).

High School: Overdijkink comes to Ball State from Baambrugge, the Netherlands. She played 11 years for HV Abcoude club, most recently with the MAI squad under head coach Niels Denekamp. She is a three-time club Shout-Out Champion and earned the silver medal at the regional championship shoot-out. Overdijkink helped her team win the JIPHT Field Hockey Tournament and the indoor competition in 2018. Overdijkink has trained with top-Dutch goalkeeper specialist Martijn Drijver.
