2022 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in four meets after battling injury … tabbed Academic All-MAC … ran season-best 200-meter dash time of 24.58 at the We Fly Challenge (April 16) … in the same meet, took fifth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:01.42.

2022 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets … tabbed Academic All-MAC … broke indoor program record in the 300-meter dash with a time of 39.60 at the Jim Green Invitational (Jan. 15), besting Yvonne Ferguson's time of 39.61 (2005) … helped 4x400-meter relay team to a second-place finish at the MAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 26) with a time of 3:47.21 … also placed third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.27 at the same meet … won the 200-meter dash at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 5) with a time of 24.34.

2021 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in eight meets … qualified for the NCAA East Prelims in both the 200-meter dash and 4x100-meter relay … ran time of 24.06 in the 200-meter dash and helped 4x100-meter relay team to cross the line in 44.85 at the NCAA regional meet (May 29) … took second in the 200-meter dash with a season-best time of 23.73 at the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 8) … led 4x100-meter relay team to event victories in at the Blizzard (March 20), Black & Gold Invitational (April 17) and Bob Harris Open (May 1) with times of 45.53, 45.14 and 45.30, respectively … also won the Rocket Invitational (May 15) in both the 200-meter dash and 4x100-meter relay with times of 23.95 and 45.66.

2021 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in three meets … helped 4x400-meter relay team shave nearly 16 seconds off its time from 4:04.75 at the Bowling Green Opener (Jan. 16) to 3:50.82 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 12) … guided 4x400-meter relay team to event win at the Sid Sink Invite (Jan. 29) after crossing the line in 4:08.62 … placed fifth in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.83 at the Bowling Green Opener (Jan. 16).

2020 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: The 2020 outdoor season was canceled due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.

2020 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets ... First Team All-Mid-American Conference (200m) ... won the 200m at the Mid-American Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 29) with a career-fast time of 23.87 ... also turned in a career-fast 400m time of 56.14 to place 10th in the 400m and ran anchor for the fourth-place 4x400m relay which clocked in with the fourth-best time in program history at 3:45.17 ... placed second in the 200m (24.88) and sixth in the 400m (58.63) at the Gladstein Invitational (Jan. 24-25) ... opened the season with career-fast times in the 60m (7.71) and 300m (40.58) at the Mastodon Opener (Dec. 7).

2019 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in eight meets ... Academic All-Mid-American Conference ... placed 46th in the 400m at the NCAA East Preliminary Championships (May 23) with a time of 55.53 ... advanced to the NCAA East Preliminary Championships after placing fourth in the 400m at the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 11) with a career-fast time of 53.94 ... was the anchor for the 4x400m relay which placed third at the MAC Championships (May 11) in 3:43.65 ... opened the season by winning both the 200m (24.95w) and the 400m (1:00.65) at the Stan Lyons Invitational (March 16) ... also helped guide the 4x400m relay to a time of 3:47.44 and an event victory at the Ball State Challenge (April 13), while finishing second in the 400m at 56.51.

2019 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets ... won the 400m at the Ball State Tune-Up (Feb. 15) with a time of 58.30 ... turned in a season-fast 400m of 57.67 to place 12th at the Jim Green Invitational (Jan. 12) ... followed with a season-fast 200m time of 25.41 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Jan. 18).

2018 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets … placed 19th in the 400m at the MAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 58.30 ... also ran anchor for the fourth-place 4x400m relay at the MAC Championships which clocked in with the third-fastest time in program history at 3:42.24 ... placed third in the 400m at the Ball State Challenge (April 13) with a season-fast time of 57.33 ... also clocked a career-best 200m time of 24.73 to place 11th at the Ball State Challenge.

2018 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets … placed fifth in the 400m at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 3) with a season-fast time of 58.06 ... followed with a season-fast time of 25.58 in the 200m at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 9) ... clocked a season-fast 60m time of 7.92 in the prelims at the Indiana Wesleyan University Invitational (Jan. 20) ... opened her collegiate career with a season-fast 300m time of 41.39 to place fourth at the Mastodon Opener (Dec. 2).

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four letters in track & field at Lutheran West High School … six-time state finalist … five-time All-State honoree … nine-time conference champion, earning the honor three times each in the 400m, 200m and 4x400m relay … placed third in the 400m dash at the 2017 OHSAA D2 Outdoor State Meet with a career-fast time of 55.96 … also helped guide the Longhorns to a sixth-place finish in the 4x400m relay (4:00.22) at the state meet her senior season, after the squad earned the top seed by winning the preliminary round in 3:58.05 … placed seventh in the 400m at the OHSAA Outdoor State Championships (57.37) her junior year, following a fourth-place effort in the event at the OHSAA Outdoor State Championships (57.61) her sophomore season … helped guide the 4x400m relay to a sixth-place finish as a junior (4:01.77) and a ninth-place effort as a sophomore (4:05.90) at the OHSAA Outdoor State Championships … also earned two letters in basketball and two letters in cross country for Lutheran West.
