2018 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD (Sr.): Competed in five meets … recorded a season-fast 5000m time of 18:53.05 at the Hillsdale "GINA" Relays (April 26) ... turned in a career-fast 1500m time of 5:08.00 to place 12th at the Indiana Wesleyan University Polar Bear Invitational (March 23) ... opened the outdoor campaign with a season-fast 3000m time of 10:54.59 to place 23rd at the Stan Lyons Invitational (March 17).
2018 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD (Sr.): Competed in three meets … placed 12th in the mile at the Ball State Tune-Up (Feb. 16) with a career-fast time of 5:33.64.
2017 CROSS COUNTRY (Sr.): Competed in four meets … Academic All-MAC ... scored in Ball State’s top five once … posted a season-best 6K time of 26:04.8 to place fourth on the team and 24th overall at the Indiana Intercollegiate (Sep. 15) … earned a season-best 5K time of 19:31.9 at the Illinois State Invite (Sep. 8).
2017 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD (Jr.): Competed in four meets … Academic All-MAC ... opened the season with a career-fast 3000m time of 10:29.69 at the Stan Lyons Invitational (March 18) … followed with a career-best 5000m run effort of 18:13.30 to place 16th overall at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational (April 1).
2017 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD (Jr.): Competed in one meet … finished 12th in the mile run at the Ball State Tune-Up (Feb. 17) with a season-fast time of 5:33.77.
2016 CROSS COUNTRY (Jr.): Competed in three meets … placed seventh at the Ball State Cardinal Duals (Sept. 23) with a career-fast 5K time of 19.13.6 … placed 12th in the open race of the Indiana Intercollegiate (Sept. 16) with a time of 20:12.98.
2016 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD (So.): Competed in four meets … opened the year with a season-best 3000m time of 10:56.32 at the Stan Lyons Invitational (March 19) … capped the season with an effort of 18:25.48 in the 5000m at the RedHawk Invitational (April 30).

2015 CROSS COUNTRY (So.): Competed in the final five meets … Ball State’s second-best runner at the MAC Championships (Oct. 31), placing 68th among scored runners with a career-fast 6K time of 23:23.1 … turned in a career-best 5K time of 19:55.53 at the Greater Louisville Classic (Oct. 3) … finished the season by crossing the 6K line in 24:27.2 at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 13).

2014 CROSS COUNTRY (Fr.): Competed in seven races ... Finished with a season best 5K time of 20:34.48 at the Greater Louisville Classic, which was the best 5k time of the season by a SMWC runner and was the eight-fastest 5K mark in program history ... turned in the 10th fastest 5K time in program history with a 20:57 at the St. Louis College of Pharm Invite ... finished the season with a career-best 6K time of 25:47.2 at the USCAA National Championship, where SMWC finished seventh ... her 6k time at nationals was the 10th fastest 6k time in program history.
HIGH SCHOOL: A semi-state qualifier in 2011, 2012 and 2013 ... named team MVP in 2013 ... the recipient of the 2013 Kiwanis Mental Attitude Award ... earned Indiana State All-Conference honors ... inducted into the Castle High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2014 ... member of the FFA and senior mentor program … an honor roll student and a member of the National Honor Society.
