2016 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD (Jr.): Academic All-Mid-American Conference … competed in five meets … placed fifth in the 400m hurdles at the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 12-14) with a time of 1:02.06, which is the best MAC Championship finish for a Ball State runner in the event since 2010 … placed third in the 400m hurdles at the Georgia Invitational (May 30) with a career-best time of 1:01.05, which ranked as the sixth-best individual performance in the MAC over the course of the season.
2016 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD (Jr.): Competed in three meets … turned in a pair of career-best efforts at the Ball State Tune-up (March 19), placing fifth in the 60m hurdles (9.08) and ninth in the 400m dash (1:00.90).
2015 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD (So.): Competed in eight meets … placed 19th in the 400m hurdles at the MAC Championships (May 14-16) with a time of 1:03.89 … her season-fast 400m hurdles time of 1:03.79 set at the Louisville Twilight (May 8) ranked 21st in the MAC … added a career-fast time of 13.78 in the 100m dash at the Hillsdale Invitational (April 11).
2015 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD (So.): Competed in two meets … turned in a season-fast time in the 60m hurdles (9.39) and a career-fast effort in the 200m dash (28.20) at the season-opening Jerry England Alumni Open (Dec. 6).
2014 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD (Fr.): Competed in seven meets … recorded a season-best 400m hurdles time of 1:03.64 to place fifth at the Hillsdale Classic (May 8) … member of the first-place 4x400m relay at the RedHawk Invitational (April 26) … placed second in the 100m hurdles at the Ball State Invitational (April 11) with a career-fast clocking of 15.28.
2014 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD (Fr.): Competed in five meets … posted a season-fast 60m hurdles time of 9.39 to place 19th at the Gladstein Invitational (Jan. 24) … tallied a season-fast 200m dash time of 28.62 one week earlier at the Indiana Wesleyan University Invitational (Jan. 18) … opened her collegiate career with a season-fast effort of 1:05.68 in the 400m dash at the Mel Brodt Collegiate Opener (Jan. 11).
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three letters in track & field at Valparaiso High School … First Team All-State as a freshman and senior, while earning second team accolades as a junior … three-time First Team All-Conference honoree … named team Most Valuable Performer all three seasons … logged career-best times in the 300m hurdles (44.69) and 100m hurdles (14.85) as a senior, both of which are school-record times … her 300m hurdles effort was also a sectional-record clocking … regional champion in the 100m hurdles as a senior, while racking up sectional titles in both the 100m hurdles and 300m hurdles … earned an eighth-place finish in the 300m hurdles at the IHSAA Championships as a freshman … also earned two letters in gymnastics at Valparaiso, earning two state titles and First Team All-State accolades as a freshman.
