2022 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets … tabbed Academic All-MAC … improved 1,500-meter time from 4:57.78 at the Blizzard Buster (March 18) to 4:53.56 at the Jack Shaw Invite (April 30) … placed fifth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:21.76 at the We Fly Challenge (April 16) … ran season-best 800-meter time of 2:20.29 at the Jesse Owens Classic (April 23) … part of winning 4x400-meter relay team at the Jack Shaw Invite (April 30) with a time of 4:22.02.

2022 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in four meets … tabbed Academic All-MAC … part of sixth-place finishing distance medley relay team with a time of 12:12.86 at the MAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 26), improving from the mark previously set at 12:15.03 at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 5) … ran season-best 600-meter time of 1:42.07 at the Michigan Invitational (Jan. 22) … set season-best mile time of 5:16.25 at the Doug Raymond National Qualifier (Feb. 12).

2021 CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete in any meets.

PRIOR TO BALL STATE: Competed for two years at Loyola Chicago … helped guide the Ramblers to back-to-back Missouri Valley Conference titles in 2019 and 2020 … ran in five cross country meets, highlighted by a 14th-place finish at the 2019 Loyola Lakefront Collegiate Invitational (Sept. 28) … saw action in seven indoor meets, which were highlighted by a fourth-place finish at the 2021 GVSU Tune-Up (Feb. 19) in the mile run and a third-place finish at the same meet in the 4x400-meter relay.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner at Lawrence North High School … competed for head coach Ben Morgan … set the school record in both the 5,000-meter run and the 4x800-meter relay … named the school’s athlete of the year for the 2018-19 campaign … tabbed as a first-team all-conference selection as a senior in both cross country and track … also placed fourth at the state meet in the 4x800-meter relay as a junior …
