Homecoming Game Slated for 3:30 p.m., Oct. 18 vs. Akron

MUNCIE, Ind. – As confirmed by the Mid-American Conference and ESPN, the Ball State Cardinals will kick off against Akron University on Oct. 18 at 3:30 p.m., when they host the school's 98th homecoming football game.
The Cardinals open the 2025 campaign at Purdue on Aug. 30, in West Lafayette at noon. Two weeks later, Ball State hosts its home-opening game against New Hampshire, at 2:00 p.m., on Sept. 13.
