WVB Places Seven On Academic All-MAC Squad

CLEVELAND - - The Ball State women's volleyball program placed seven student-athletes on the 2025 Academic All-Mid-American Conference Team as announced by the league office Monday (Dec. 15).
Representing the Cardinals on the list were Gwen Crull, Lindsey Green, Sophie Ledbetter, Elizabeth Tabeling, Carson Tyler, Riley Whitlock and Camryn Wise.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport. First-year students and transfer students in their first year at their current institution are not eligible.
Green and Wise earn the honor for the second time in their careers. Crull, Ledbetter, Tabeling, Tyler and Whitlock are first-time honorees.
Over her 10 seasons as head coach, Kelli Miller Phillips has helped her student-athletes earn a total of 81 Academic All-MAC selections.
