Springer Named MAC Women's Track Athlete of the Week

CLEVELAND -- After week two of indoor track, Alana Springer has been named the Mid-American Conference Women's Track Athlete of the Week.
Springer had a great start to her season last Saturday at the Tom Wright Open hosted by Bowling Green. She claimed first in the 60m dash and ran a personal best with a time of 7.51.
Later in the meet, Springer also helped the team win a dominant 4x400m performance. She ran the third leg for an overall relay time of 3:56.83.
