Track and Field Prepares for Season Opener

MUNCIE, Ind. -- Track and field is prepared to open its indoor season on Friday, Dec. 1 at the Saginaw Valley State University Holiday Open in Saginaw, Michigan. Field events are set to begin at 2:30 p.m. ET and running events will start at 4:00 p.m. ET. Â
Ball State is coming off an exciting 2022-23 season after finishing first at the Mid-American Outdoor Championship. The Cardinals are hoping to continue their success entering the new indoor season. Â
Following Friday's meet, the team will have a week to prepare for its next event at the Tom Wright Open hosted by Bowling Green on Saturday, Dec. 9.Â
