Parrott Leads Ball State at Diane Daugherty Invite

ST. CHARLES, Mo. – The Ball State women's golf team returned to the Bogey Hills Country Club for the final round of the Diane Daugherty Invite on Tuesday. Kiah Parrott led the Cardinals as she tied for 18th.
The Bogey Hills Country Club was one of the most difficult courses that BSU has played on this season. No team finished below +50 for the tournament and only three individuals posted marks below +10.
Parrott recorded a round of 79 (+8) with three birdies on the day. She finished the tournament with five birdies and a final total of 237 (+24). She collected her first top-20 performance of the season.
Liz Kim posted a three-round score of 240 (+27) and finished tied for 27th. She produced a final-round mark of 82 (+11) with two birdies. She led the team with six birdies.
Hadley Moritz moved up two spots on the leaderboard after a tournament total of 245 (+32). Her final-round mark of 80 (+9) was her lowest round for the three rounds. She tallied three birdies for the tournament.
Tiegan Taylor moved up six spots in the standings into a tie for 80th. Payton Bennett, who competed as an individual, also tied for 80th. Dylann Armstrong tied for 82nd.
Ball State returns to the course for the Colonel Classic on Monday, April 4, for the final tune-up before the MAC Championships.
