Men’s Tennis Competes at MAC Indoors in Fall Finale

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Ball State men's tennis team wrapped up its first day of action at the MAC Indoor competition in its fall season finale which is being held on the campus of Western Michigan.
The Cardinals only competed in doubles today and will begin singles play on Saturday at 9 am ET.
In doubles action, Jacks Lancaster paired up with teammate Nathaniel Webster for an 8-5 take down over Binghamton's James McPherson and Dan Pergel in the first round of play. The duo would then later on drop their quarterfinal match.
Also in the Flight Two doubles bracket, were Vince Orlando and Eli Herran. Orlando alongside Herran defeated Northern Illinois' Oliver Valentinsson and Armin Koschtojan, 8-5 before falling in the semifinal round to Western Michigan.
After that, Webster and Lancaster took on their own teammates Herran and Orlando for the third-place finish which went to Herran and Orlando by a score of 8-5.
The Ball State men's tennis team continues its three-day weekend in Kalamazoo Saturday at 9 am ET with singles play.
