Men’s Tennis No. 1 Duo of Adams & Kovacevic Earn MAC Doubles Team of the Week

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Ball State men's tennis duo of Chris Adams and Danilo Kovacevic picked up right where they left off from last season as the twosome was recognized yet again for their success on the court earning Mid-American Conference Doubles Team of the week honors.
The duo posted a 2-0 ledger in Ball State's opening weekend after posting wins on the top court over Eastern Illinois and Cleveland State.
On Friday, the twosome opened the season with a 6-2 take down over EIU's Leighton Brandon and Pau Riera.
On Sunday, Kovacevic and Adams defeated M. Mareschal-Hay and Clark Bilinovich, 6-1. With the wins, the duo helped Ball State earn doubles victories over the Panthers and the Vikings along with giving the Cardinals a 2-0 start to the 2022 season.
The Ball State men's tennis team will compete at Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Kickoff Weekend Tournament hosted by Virginia.
The Cardinals will play the host Cavaliers on Saturday at 12 pm ET you can watch and follow live stats by clicking on the links provided.
