Final thoughts from Saturday's win over Tennessee Tech …
"We've got to fix the turnover situation, we lost the turnover battle … The credit [for the win] goes to our defense … We've got to make sure that we're continuing to develop, we've still got weaknesses we've got to work on."

Looking ahead to WKU …
"We're going get their best effort [following the loss to Louisiana Tech]. They're going to be chomping at the bit in order to get a win at home."

On WKU's talented quarterback …
"Western Kentucky's quarterback [Mike White] is coming off one of the best seasons in the FBS. The best way to disrupt him is with pressure and making sure that we're making him uncomfortable in the pocket."

On the Ball State injury front …
"We've got the normal bumps and bruises that happen every week, but we're hoping to have Jordan Hogue back this week in practice and then on Saturday in the lineup."
