Justin Hall Named to ESPN.com’s Freshman All-America Team

MUNCIE, Ind. – Ball State football player Justin Hall was named to ESPN.com's Freshman All-America Team on Monday. He was the only player from the Mid-American Conference to make the list.

Hall, who was tabbed a second team All-MAC selection, leads all true freshmen in the nation in receptions (78) and receiving yards (801). He ranks 10th among all players nationally in receptions. The native of Douglasville, Georgia, led the Cardinals in receptions in 11 of 12 games this fall. Hall posted season highs in receptions (13) and receiving yards (121) at Western Michigan on Sept. 30.

Hall is the first Ball State player to earn All-America honors since 2007 when punter Chris Miller was named to the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) All-America first team.
