2. Toledo has won three straight against Ball State and six of the last eight meetings overall. However, the Cardinals are 12-9-1 against Toledo at Scheumann Stadium.
3. Through seven games, senior DE Anthony Winbush is among the nation's leaders in sacks and tackles for loss. He ranks second in sacks (9.5) and third in tackles for loss (13.5). Winbush needs two more sacks to equal Ball State's career record of 25, which is held by current defensive line coach Keith McKenzie. As a team, the Cardinals rank third in the MAC with 19 sacks.
