MUNCIE, Ind. – The lights will be on at Scheumann Stadium Tuesday night when #17/18 Western Michigan visits Ball State for a prime time showdown. The game will be televised on ESPN2 at 8 p.m.

1. This game matches two of the top three rushing teams in the Mid-American Conference. Western Michigan leads the MAC at 252.8 rushing yards per game while Ball State sits third at 226.6.
2. Sophomore RB James Gilbert has rushed for at least 100 yards in four consecutive games. He needs 13 more rushing yards to reach 1,000 for the season. Gilbert leads the league with 11 rushing touchdowns and has found the end zone nine times the last four games.
