• The Ball State women's volleyball team opens a five match road swing Friday when it travels to Bowling Green for a 5 p.m. first serve versus the Falcons ... The Cardinals close the weekend Saturday with another 5 p.m. first serve at Miami.

• In last Saturday's match versus Ohio, Ball State had five different players score double-digit kills in the same match for the first time since Nov. 22, 2013 versus Western Michigan … Leading the way for the Cardinals were Ellie Dunn, Brooklyn Goodsel and Sabrina Mangapora with 13 kills each … Sophomore middle Emily Holland added 12 kills, while redshirt sophomore Avery Devoe recorded a career-high 11 kills.
• Sabrina Mangapora is one of only three players in the MAC to score at least 20 kills in three matches this season … Her career-high 22 kills versus Appalachian State (Sept. 10) rank as the eighth-best single match total in the MAC this season, while her 20 kills versus Valpo (Sept. 16) and at Omaha (Sept. 2) are tied for 19th.
• In addition to being one of Ball State's top attackers over the last 13 matches, Sabrina Mangapora has produced double figure kills in all eight of the Cardinals' wins this season ... In Ball State's eight wins, Mangapora has blasted a team-high 129 kills for a 3.69 kills-per-set average.
• Brooklyn Goodsel has scored at least 20 kills in two matches this season, making her one of only four MAC players to accomplish the task twice, joining teammate Sabrina Mangapora and Jaime Kosiorek and Mallory Salis of Ohio ... Goodsel scored 20 kills in Ball State's MAC-opening win over Central Michigan (Sept. 23), while producing a career-high 21 kills versus Toledo (Sept. 29).
• Brooklyn Goodsel has been a key component to the Cardinals' offense in MAC play, ranking first on the team and third in the league with a 3.74 kills-per-set average in conference play ... Goodsel has smashed double figure kills in seven of Ball State's eight league matches and has also played a key role on defense, collecting four of her six double-doubles this season against MAC foes ...
