Cardinal Cuts is the place to relive all the action of Ball State football. This Ball State All-Access exclusive combines the video of the B1G Network and the audio of 104.1 WLBC to give fans the hometown experience of gameday.
This week Ball State fought valiantly in a 24-19 loss to Northwestern. The Cardinals led after both the first and second quarters, but surrendered the lead early in the third. Wide receiver Jordan Williams had maybe his finest career day, hauling in eight grabs from 133 yards and two touchdowns. He becomes just the fifth wideout since the start of last season to score multiple times on a defense rated No. 1 nationally agaisnt the score.
Ball State is next in action Saturday against Toledo for Homecoming at 3pm. Coverage begins at 2pm EST on 104.1 WLBC with the Mutual Bank Countdown to Kickoff. The game will also be broadcast across the American Sports Network.
