Ball State WBB Unveils 2015-16 Schedule

MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State University women's basketball program, in conjunction with the Mid-American Conference, has released its 2015-16 schedule, which will be highlighted by three in-state rivalry games and trips to North Carolina, Colorado and Tennessee.
An exhibition game will be played Nov. 3 against Urbana University at 7 p.m., before the Cardinals begin the regular season on the road at Charlotte (Nov. 13).
After that, Ball State hosts back-to-back home games against Western Kentucky (Nov. 19) and Austin Peay (Nov. 23) in Worthen Arena with 7 p.m. tipoffs.
The Cardinals spend their Thanksgiving holiday playing two games on the road at the Omni Hotel Classic hosted by the University of Colorado (Nov. 27-28). Ball State will first face Florida (Nov. 27) and then either Colorado or UMass (Nov. 28) in Boulder.
The month of December brings three home games to Worthen Arena – Ohio Valley University (Dec. 3), Butler (Dec. 6) and Saint Louis (Dec. 28). Ball State will also compete on the road three times – at Lipscomb (Dec. 10), Purdue (Dec. 13) and Evansville (Dec. 21).
The Cardinals both open and close their MAC schedule against Toledo. Ball State will host nine home conference games, the first of which is against the Rockets, Jan. 2. Toledo hosts Ball State on March 5.
