Wessel Added To 2016 Men's Volleyball Roster

MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State men's volleyball program has a new addition to the 2016 class, with Adam Wessel (Milwaukee, Wis./Brookfield East) joining the squad according to head coach Joel Walton.
Wessel, a 5-foot-11 libero, completed his senior year at Brookfield East with 293 digs, 46 assists and 29 aces. The three year varsity captain was named the 2014 Wisconsin State Player of the Year, in addition to earning the 2013 Wisconsin Boys Volleyball State Tournament Sportsmanship Award.
Wessel was named First Team All-Confernece in each of his final two seasons, after earning second team status as a sophomore and honorable mention accolades as a freshman. A First Team All-State honoree as a senior, Wessel helped Brookfield East rack up a dominate 62-41 record over his career.
In the classroom, Wessel boasted a 4.07 grade-point average.
