April 30, 2015 | Men's Tennis
MUNCIE, Ind. –Senior Patrick Elliott of the Ball State men's tennis team ended his career with a total of 87 singles victories which ranks 10th all-time in program history.
"This is a great accomplishment for Patrick," Ball State head men's tennis coach Bill Richards said. "This program has been blessed with so many outstanding players and that makes it very difficult to achieve this milestone. This shows Patrick' s strong play and dependability throughout his career."
During his tenure at Ball State, Elliott earned All-Mid-American Conference Second Team honors (2013-14), was named to the All-MAC Tournament Team (2012-13) and a MAC Player of the Week recipient in 2013 and 2014. He helped the Cardinals capture the 2013 Mid-American Conference regular season championship and the 2014 MAC Tournament title along with the school's eighth trip to the NCAA Tournament.
Off the court, Elliott garnered Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic Team and individual honors in 2013-14.
