Ball State football's defensive coordinator and linebackers coach Kevin Kelly discusses Saturday's Toledo game and MAC opener with Joel Godett.
The Cardinals are coming off a 27-20 defeat against Indiana State. Ball State's defense, however, has been stupendous. The Cards rank 14th among all FBS schools both against the run and in the red zone. They also sit 18th nationally in percentage of opponent drives that do not cross midfield.
