Ball State's Joel Godett takes a look inside the Cardinals' Spread Defense under the direction of new defensive coordinator Kevin Kelly.
Kelly, who spent from 2006-13 as the head coach at Georgetown, was named Ball State's defensive coordinator in January.
He talks with Godett on the principles and philosophies of Ball State's defense as preason practice continues for the Cardinals' Aug. 30 season opener vs. Colgate at Scheumann Stadium.
