March 27, 2014 | Softball
MUNCIE, Ind. - - Due to unplayable field conditions at the University at Buffalo's Nan Harvey Field, the Ball State softball team's Friday doubleheader against the Bulls has been cancelled and will not be made up.
The Cardinals are now scheduled to open Mid-American Conference play with single games versus Kent State this Saturday (2 p.m.) and Sunday (1 p.m.). Those games have moved to Akron's Lee R. Jackson Softball Field, due to field conditions at KSU's Diamond at Dix.
