Ball State's football team, under the direction of fourth-year head coach Pete Lembo, began Spring Practice Tuesday at Scheumann Stadium.

The Cardinals battled the elements in their first practice of the spring, and Ball State's Joel Godett reports on the start of preparations for the 2014 season.

Ball State will wrap up its Spring Practice with its April 19 annual Spring Game at 2 p.m. at Scheumann Stadium.
