Friday Conversation: In Depth with Willie Snead
September 21, 2012 | Football
Join Cardinals play-by-play voice Joel Godett for the "Friday Conversation," as he sits down with BSU athletes to talk in-depth about their seasons, teams, athletic careers, educational aspirations and personal backgrounds. This week he's joined by football wide receiver Willie Snead, who caught the pass that set up Ball State's historic win in Bloomington last week. Snead discusses the play, being coached by his father in high school, growing up in the Glades area of Florida and his pseudo-trademark hairstyle. Snead, a sophomore, has emerged as one of Keith Wenning's go-to targets this season, racking up 28 receptions in just three games. He made his mark in Muncie as a freshman by hauling in the game-winning touchdown against the Buffalo Bulls.
