Men's Tennis Continues Action at Milwaukee Classic

MILWAUKEE, Wis. - The Ball State men's tennis team ended day two's competition Saturday afternoon at the 37th annual Milwaukee Tennis Classic hosted by Marquette University.
The Cardinals faced Wisconsin in singles action, sophomore Ray Leonard defeated Billy Bertha 6-3, 7-6 (4). Senior Cliff Morrison won his second straight match after missing last season due to an injury. He managed a 3-6, 7-6, 11-9 victory over the Badgers Petr Satral. Sophomore Austin Smith rounded out the Cardinals singles wins on the day with a straight set victory over Alexander Kostanov.
Ball State dominated doubles play over host Marquette winning two of the three matches. The twosome of senior Dalton Albertin and Leonard took down Logon Collins and Vukasin Teofanovic, 8-5 while Morrison and sophomore Patrick Elliot won their match 8-0.
