Football's Spring Game Set for Saturday

Ball State's football team will hold its annual Spring Game Saturday at Scheumann Stadium. Admission to the event is free of charge.
This year's game, which is presented by Kia of Muncie, will be held at 3 p.m., with the day's festivities beginning at 1:30 p.m. Fisher Meats will provide free food for the pregame tailgate.
Games and inflatables will be located on the North Hill for children from 1:30 p.m. through the end of the game.
Ball State head coach Pete Lembo will speak to the fans at 2:30 p.m., just prior to the 3 p.m. kickoff. Former Cardinals Michael Blair and Greg Garnica will serve as honorary coaches at this year's game.
Ball State's Cardinal Football Alliance, which is open to all former Ball State football lettermen, will hold a meeting at noon at the Alumni Center and join in the tailgate festivities at 1:30.
At the Spring Game, tickets will be on sale for the 2012 season, including a special offer. Fans can buy a three-game Flex Ticket Package at the Spring Game and receive the other two home games FREE. The Flex Ticket Package offer is available only at the April 21, Spring Game at the Scheumann Stadium Ticket Office.
