Women's Golf Team Ranked 21st in Country in GPA

Ball State's women's golf team, under the direction of head coach Katherine Mowat, is ranked 21st in the nation in the National Golf Coaches Association rankings of top grade-point averages for women's collegiate golf programs.
The Cardinals tallied a 3.549 GPA on Ball State's 4.0 scale for the 2009-10 academic year.
Kirsty O'Connor, who graduated in May with a bachelor's degree in French and German, had the highest GPA on the women's golf team with a 3.841 mark.
Chantelle Hefer, who transferred into Ball State in January, tallied a 3.818 GPA, while Rachael Pruett managed a 3.753 mark, Katie Windlan recorded a 3.710, Brittany Kelly tallied a 3.560 and freshman Autumn Duke managed a 3.114.
