SAN ANTONIO, Texas- Ball State Women's Basketball Head Coach Kelly Packard has been asked to speak and represent the University during two of the sessions offered as part of the WBCA National Convention.
Packard held a discussion panel along with Coquese Washington (Penn State) and Sytia Messer (Tennessee Tech) on "Preparing to Become a Head Coach-What are Those Steps" Saturday. She will conclude with a seminar Tuesday on work, life, balance along with other presenters Jane Albright (Nevada) and Todd Voss (Duke).
"I am excited about the opportunity to represent Ball State University at the WBCA National Convention," said Packard. "The highlight of the convention is the exchange of information with coaching peers, and the opportunity to gain new concepts and techniques to implement for team improvement."
