Junior forward Emily Maggert earned her 21st career double-double after scoring 15 points and pulling down 13 rebounds . . . Maggert has moved to first all-time for rebounds in a season with her 13 boards . . . Maggert passes Jessica Reiter who has held the record since 2003-04 with 294 rebounds . . . Maggert now has 312 rebounds this season . . . Maggert leads the squad with 17.7 points a game and 11.0 boards . . . Senior guard Audrey McDonald chips in 12.3 points per game.
Scouting Central Michigan: The Chippewas fell to 11-16 overall and 8-7 in the league after suffering a 64-56 loss to Western Michigan Saturday . . . CMU has three players averaging double figures with Shonda Long leading the way with 15.2 points per game . . . Britni Houghton is chipping in 14.3 a contest and Kaihla Szunko rounds the points out with 11.8.
The Coaches: Ball State head coach Kelly Packard is in her second season at Ball State . . . Packard's overall record at Ball State is 38-25, while her Mid-American Conference mark is 20-11 . . . Central Michigan's head coach Sue Guevara is in her third season at the helm of the Chippewas and owns a 35-84 ledger at CMU with a 19-27 league mark.
The Series: This is the 40th meeting between Ball State and Central Michigan . . . The Chippewas lead the all-time series record 30-29 . . . Ball State fell to Central Michigan in its first meeting Jan. 12 by a score of 87-80.
Today's Game: Today's game marks the last MAC regular season contest of the season . . . The Cardinals will also say good-bye to their seniors guard Audrey McDonald and forward Danielle Gratton . . . Ball State will host the first round of the MAC Tournament Saturday.
