Men's Tennis Concludes Day Two At Milwaukee Tennis Classic

MILWAUKEE, Wis. - The Ball State University men's tennis team finished day two of action at the 34th annual Milwaukee Tennis Classic Saturday held at the Western Racquet Club.
The Cardinals competed against Northwestern to start the day off winning four of their six singles matches. Junior Eduardo Pavia defeated Eric Spector 7-6, 6-2. Teammate sophomore Cliff Morrison captured a 3-6, 7-6, 10-8 victory over Alex Sanborn. Sophomore Andres Monroy and junior Shaun Bussert both ended single action with wins over Northwestern.
In doubles action the duo of Derek Carpenter and Morrison managed an 8-0 defeat over host Marquette's Niko Boulieris and Jose Carlos Gutierrez Crowley.
The Ball State men's tennis team will conclude action at the Marquette Tennis Classic Sunday morning.
