Four Cardinals Receive All-MAC Honors

MUNCIE, Ind. - Sophomore Eduardo Pavia, senior Jose Perdomo, freshman Cliff Morrison and senior Jorge Rodriguez of the Ball State University men's tennis team have received All-Mid-American Conference honors for the 2009 season. The announcement was made by the league office today.
Perdomo received Second Team All-MAC honors after posting an 11-10 overall record while going 3-2 in league matches only. Perdomo has received All-MAC honors for three straight seasons. As a sophomore he earned First Team All-MAC and then again his junior season.
Morrison garnered Second Team All-MAC accolades as a true freshman. Morrison who joined
Rodriguez was tabbed to the All-MAC Tournament Team. This is the first time in Rodriguez' career he has garnered such honors. Rodriguez was the lone Cardinal to go undefeated this season in MAC regular and tournament play. The senior ended his career with an overall record of 12-10, 5-0 in the MAC and 2-0 in the league tournament.
