Green Named MAC West Division Player of the Week

MUNCIE, Ind. ? Senior guard Porchia Green (Indianapolis, Ind./Arlington) of the Ball State University women's basketball team has been named Mid-American Conference West Division Player of the Week. The announcement was made by the league office today.
Green led the Cardinals with an average of 21.0 points per game, accumlating 42 points in two games this weekend. Green also averaged 3.0, 6.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists. Green netted a career-high 28 points in an 81-78 overtime win at Worthen Arena Friday against in-state rival
