Football Packages Planned for MAC Championship Game

The Ball State University alumni association and athletics department have put together a package for the Cardinals appearance in the Fri., Dec. 5, Mid-American Conference Championship Game at Ford Field in Detroit, Mich.
The MAC West Division Cardinals will face Buffalo, the MAC East Division Champions, at 8 p.m., in a game to be televised on ESPN.
The package includes a motor coach to the game, a pregame rally and a game ticket for $90 per person.
The motor coach will leave from the Alumni Center/Scheumann Stadium parking lot at 1 p.m. Dec. 5, and return immediately after the game. In addition, Ball State will host a pregame rally at the North Club, located in Ford Field from 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. The event includes a buffet dinner, coffee and hot tea, while a cash bar will be available.

Game tickets are $20 each and will be on sale through the Ball State ticket office in Worthen Arena Wednesday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. The ticket office will be closed Thursday for the Thanksgiving holiday. The tickets will also be on sale at Worthen Arena's ticket office Dec. 1-4 from 8 a.m to 5 p.m.
The cost for the pregame rally only is $30 per person and available through the Ball State Alumni Association at www.bsu.edu/alumni.
For those interested in hotel information for the MAC Championship Game, the featured hotel is the Marriott Detroit at the Renaissance Center, which is offering rooms at $99 per night by asking for the MAC Fan Rate. The hotel can be reached at 313.568.8000.

BALL STATE STUDENT PACKAGES
The Ball State Student Government Association has put together a package for Ball State students.
The package includes a bus trip to the Dec. 5, Mid-American Conference Championship Game in Detroit, Mich., and a game ticket for the reduced rate of $40.
Any Ball State students interested in a game ticket only can purchase them for $15 each.
The game tickets are available at the Worthen Arena Ticket Office Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The package plan can be reserved through the SGA until Wednesday at 5 p.m.
