Perdomo Advances at Polo Ralph Lauren All-American Tennis Championship

TULSA, Okla. - Junior Jose Perdomo (Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico/Colegio San Jose) and teammate senior Jarrod Epkey (Greenwood, Ind./Center Grove) both participated in the Polo Ralph Lauren All-American Tennis Championship on Saturday, Sept. 29.
Perdomo advanced to Sunday's third round of competition after a first round bye and a 7-6 (4), 3-6, 6-4 defeat over Greg Anderson of Morehead State. Perdomo will compete against Jay Wong of Santa Clara Sunday afternoon.
Epkey was victorious over Evgeny Slesarev of Gardner-Web after winning the match, 6-3, 6-3. Epkey then faced Matt Brewer of Tennesse but lost 6-1, 6-2.
