Track Opens Outdoor Season In Toledo

The Ball State track and field team will open its outdoor track season in Toledo, Ohio to compete in the Rocket Team Challenge.
Ball State, who was selected to finish third in the Mid-American Conference, will compete against Western Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Central Michigan, Bowling Green, Northern Illinois, Kent State and Oakland University.
The meet will take place at the University of Toledo Track and Field Facility on Saturday, March 31.
The first field event will be the women's hammer throw at noon. Running events will begin at 4 p.m.

Scoring will be championship scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
No more than three athletes (or one relay) can score per event, per school.
