DeMuth Adds MAC West Division Player Of The Week Honors

“This honor is very deserving as Julie turned in one of her best halves of basketball of her career last night,” head coach Tracy Roller said. “She just would not be defeated last night and her determination in the second half was the difference in the game.”
DeMuth, who has won a weekly honor already this season, guided the Cardinals to a come-from-behind 81-70 victory at
DeMuth connected on six-of-13 from the field and was eight-of-nine from the charity stripe. She scored 14 second half points as the Cardinals rallied from a nine-point halftime deficit, including a stretch in which she scored 12 points in a four minute span. On the season, she leads the team in scoring at 15.2 points per game and in rebounding at 8.7 boards per contest.
