"Regarding last Saturday, you know the number one thing was that there was some critical plays in the game that we needed to be able to execute and make on both sides of the ball. I give
Q: Is it troublesome that your running game has suffered over the last few weeks?
A: "Yes, it is always troublesome because you want to run the football more. You want to really have a presence in your running game. We need to do a better job of blocking and a better job of running. I think obviously Frank is a freshman and he is going to learn and everyday he goes out there it is a new experience. Clancy got in there a little bit more and Koreen has been beat up so we are limited in some degree but we have to run the ball better."
Q: Talk about when Nate rushed the ball?
A: "It was supposed to be a pass play but the opening was there for Nate to run the ball because they put four guys on Dante and Darius. They took the gamble of coverage and Nate saw the one look he wanted which was covered and that is how we got that play."
Q: Is there a lot of similarities between
A: "I don't know. I think there will be a lot of the same things that we ran against
Q: How does the near win against
A: "I don't forget losses. I remember those more than I do wins and you think about that game and the kick off return. You remember that and there are guys on this team that played in that game. Our motivation as a team is to get better every week and I think we have in a lot of areas.”
Q: Talk about Dorulla's fumble?
A: "The fumble that Mike Dorulla caused is exactly what you teach. He punched the ball out, he had the tackle secured and the ball goes on the ground. And you look at the interception it was exactly what the defense was supposed to do."
