
Gymnastics Defeats Alaska Anchorage

MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State University gymnastics team flipped for pink on Sunday afternoon at Irving Gym, which was a tribute to breast cancer. BSU defeated Alaska Anchorage for its first win of the 2007 season by a score of 189.325 to 186.575.

BSU continued its strong competition with a 47.150 score on bars which was led by freshmen Megan Howard and Allyson McGaha who both tied for second place with a 9.525. McGaha's score was a personal best this season.
