Women's Volleyball Hosts "Meet The Team Night" Sunday

MUNCIE, Ind. -- The Ball State women's volleyball team will host its annual "Meet the Team Night" this Sunday at Worthen Arena. The event kicks off at 5 p.m. with a FREE Youth Clinic and a 2006 Ball Girl sign up session, which will last until 6 p.m.
Following the clinic, fans will get a chance to see the team in action, as the Cardinals host an intra-squad scrimmage from 6:15 to 8 p.m. Immediately following the scrimmage, the team will hold an autograph poster session.
Fans will also have the chance to get their picture taken with members of the team after the poster signing session. Pictures will be autographed by the players in the photo and available for pickup at a future home match.
Admission is free for all events scheduled on "Meet the Team Night" and fans wishing to attend should enter Worthen Arena through the BSU Ticket Office doors.
The Cardinals officially kick off the 2006 season Aug. 25 when it hosts Xavier at 7 p.m. in the Ball State Nike/Active Ankle Weekend.
