Kindergarten - 5th Grade (for the 2006-07 school year)

Day Camp II
6th - 8th Grade (for the 2006-07 school year)
1-4 pm
Day camp is designed for individual, fundamental instruction and league play.
Check In: 1/2 hour before the start of camp on June 12 in Worthen Arena Lobby, Gate 1 (lower level next to ticket office).
Cost: $60.00 (includes a camp t-shirt)

Team Camp
June 16-18
The Ball State Women's Basketball Team Camp is designed for both high school and AAU teams. Each team will play a minimum of eight (8) games. There is a minimum of seven (7) players per team.
Check In: 3-5 pm on the first day of camp at the dorm.
Check Out: Noon on the last day of camp.
Eligibility: Any girl that will be entering the 9th through the 12th grade for the 2006-07 school year.
Cost: Resident Camper $160 (per camper)
Commuter Teams $110 (per camper)
A $75 deposit per team member is due with the completed application form.
Application Deadline: June 1, 2006
A confirmation packet with additional information will be provided to each coach upon receipt of application forms and deposit.
Camp Information
Facilities
All camps are held in Ball State's multi-million dollar John E. Worthen Arena, the home of Cardinal Basketball, as well as Irving Gym. Both of these facilities are air-conditioned.
Meals
Meals will be provided by Ball State's dining facilities for the team camp. Staff members dine with campers and supervise the meals.
Housing
Resident campers reside in dormitory facilities on the campus of Ball State University. All rooms are classic style, double occupancy dorm rooms with common bath facilities. Staff members reside in the facility overnight with the campers. Each camper must provide her own bed linens. ALL rooms are air-conditioned.
Camp Staff
The camp staff includes the Ball State coaching staff as well as its women's basketball players. All staff members are experienced camp workers and guarantee a positive camp experience for all.
Insurance
Each camper must have her own family medical insurance policy. An Athletic Trainer is in attendance. Parent/guardian appoint the staff of the Ball State Women's Basketball Camp to authorize medical treatment for their child for any injury or illness that may occur. Parent/guardian waive and release Ball State University and the camp's staff from any and all liabilities due to injuries incurred while at camp; as well as accepting full financial responsibility for any medical treatment that may be provided.
