Men's Tennis Ends Action at Louisville Invitational

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Ball State University men's tennis team ended its two-day competition at the Louisville Invitational on Saturday (Oct. 7) after losing three total matches.
Jose Perdomo (Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico/Colegio San Jose) dropped his singles match to Tommy McGeorge from Iowa 6-2, 2-6, 6-3 in the semifinals.
In doubles action the duo of Perdomo and Tetta Oyama (Shizauoka, Japan) fell 8-2 to Butler's twosome of Berry and Breitenbach. Also in doubles action for Ball State were Joe Vallee (Grosse Pointe Farms, Mich./Grosse Pointe South) and Jorge Rodriguez (San Juan, Puerto Rico/San Ignacio) who lost in the quarterfinals to Feeming and Vanlieshout of Marquette, 8-5.
