DeMuth Garners Preseason All-MAC Honors

"We are very excited Julie has been named to the preseason All-MAC team after a great sophomore season last year," head coach Tracy Roller said. "She is very deserving of this honor and we look forward to her contributing again this season."
DeMuth is coming off of a stellar sophomore campaign that saw her earn Third Team All-MAC honors. She led the Cardinals in scoring at 11.4 points per game and rebounding at 8.9 boards per contest. She finished first in the MAC in rebounding with 249 boards while also leading the league with 10 double-doubles last season.
DeMuth, a tri-captain, posted 19 double-figure scoring efforts on the year and 10 double-figure rebounding efforts last season to help guide the Cardinals to a 17-12 overall record. She enters her junior season ranked 15th all-time in BSU history with 458 career rebounds.
