Men's Tennis Completes Third Day at ITA Regional

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. ? The Ball State University men's tennis team ended its third day of action at the 2006 Wilson ITA Regional on Saturday (Oct. 21).
In singles action Jarrod Epkey fell to S. Bass (ND), 6-4, 6-4. Joe Epkey defeated James Low of Butler, 7-6 (16), 6-2. Aaron Phillips also captured a win for the Cardinals after defeating Sebastian Lystad of UIC, 6-2, 6-3.
Ball State twosome Aaron Phillips and Jorge Rodriguez were victorious over Matt Parks and Mike Scrocyriski of Michigna, 8-1. The Epkey brothers lost in doubles action 8-6 to Brett Binkley and Mark Rutherford of Marquette.
The Cardinals continue action at the ITA Regional on Sunday (Oct. 22).
